A breaded chicken breast, over spaghetti noodles and red sauce, covered with  cheese and baked in the oven.

Chicken & Broccoli with White Cheese Sauce 13.50

Sliced chicken breast and broccoli, mixed with our homemade white cheese sauce, served over linguine.



Beef & Pork

Vivo’s Classic Spaghetti & Meatballs 13.50

Two large homemade meatballs (beef and pork), served on spaghetti with homemade red sauce (a chunky sauce with carrots, onion, and fennel).  Sprinkled with romano cheese.

Sausage Lasagna 13.50

Traditional layers of lasagna noodles, ricotta cheese, Italian sausage, sliced egg, and homemade red sauce covered in cheese and baked till golden brown.

Sausage & Peppers  13.50

Green peppers, sweet red peppers, and onions, sautéed and mixed with mild Italian sausage and a red wine sauce.  Served on penne pasta, topped with cheese, and baked in the oven till golden brown.


Baked Ziti with Ground Beef 13.50


Penne noodles & ground beef in a creamy tomato sauce. Topped with cheese and baked in the oven till golden brown.

Vegetarian

Spinach & Mushroom Lasagna 13.50

Layers of lasagna noodles, ricotta and mozzarella cheese, and sautéed mushrooms and spinach.  Topped with homemade red sauce and a three cheese blend then baked in our oven.

Four Cheese Mac & Cheese 10.50

Corkscrew noodles in our creamy besciamella sauce, topped with lots of cheddar cheese provolone, mozzarella, and white cheddar cheese, then baked in our oven.
