Homemade red sauce (chunky style with carrots, onion, and fennel bulb) and two very large homemade meatballs on top of spaghetti noodles.

Sliced chicken breast and broccoli, mixed in our homemade white cheese sauce, served over linguine.



 

Baked Pasta

Sausage & Peppers 

Green peppers, sweet red peppers, and onions, sautéed and mixed with mild Italian sausage and a red wine sauce.  Served on penne pasta, topped with cheese, and baked in the oven till golden brown.

 

Baked Ziti with Ground Beef


Penne noodles & ground beef in a creamy tomato sauce. Topped with cheese and baked in the oven till golden brown.



Sausage Lasagna

Traditional layers of lasagna noodles, ricotta cheese, Italian sausage, egg, and homemade red sauce covered in cheese and baked till golden brown

 

Chicken Parmesan

Spaghetti and red sauce, topped with a breaded chicken breast, covered with fresh mozzarella cheese and baked in the oven.

 

Spinach & Mushroom Lasagna 

Layers of lasagna noodles, ricotta and mozzarella cheese, and sautéed portabella mushrooms and spinach.  Topped with homemade red sauce and a three cheese blend then baked in our oven.

 

Four Cheese Mac & Cheese

Corkscrew noodles in our creamy besciamella sauce, topped with lots of cheddar cheese, provolone, mozzarella, and white cheddar cheese, then baked in our oven.
